TERMS AND CONDITIONS – GIRLS RIDE OUT
General Information
By registering for the experiences, camps, or tours organized by Girls Ride Out (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this Terms and Conditions document.
Participation in any experience automatically implies acceptance of these conditions.

Participation Eligibility
•The minimum participation age is 18 years old.
•Participants under 18 may only participate with written consent from a legal guardian and/or in the presence of a parent/guardian.
•Previous experience is not required.
•A Category A driving license is not required, as activities take place off-road or on a private track.

Booking and Spot Confirmation
3.1 Deposit
•To reserve a spot, a 30% deposit of the total experience value must be paid.
•The spot is considered reserved only after deposit payment confirmation.
3.2 Full Payment
•The remaining balance must be paid according to the deadline communicated by the Organizer (usually before the experience starts).
•Failure to pay the remaining balance may lead to losing the spot and the deposit.

Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Participant
•The deposit is non-refundable.
•If the participant cancels after full payment:
•The Organizer may retain already committed costs (accommodation, logistics, suppliers, equipment, etc.).
•In certain cases, rescheduling or a voucher may be offered (at the Organizer’s discretion).
4.2 No Show
Failure to attend the experience without prior notice results in full loss of all paid amounts.

Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the experience in cases such as:
•dangerous weather conditions
•safety reasons
•unforeseen logistical situations
•force majeure
In these cases, the participant may be offered:
•rescheduling
•voucher
•or partial / full refund (depending on the situation)

Invoicing and Payments
•All payments are invoiced according to applicable legislation.
•Payment can be made through the methods communicated by the Organizer.
•By making the payment, the participant confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Communication Group (WhatsApp or similar)
After paying the deposit:
•The participant may be added to a group dedicated to the experience.
•The group is used for logistical and organizational communication.
•Participants must maintain respectful behavior.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove individuals from the group in case of inappropriate behavior.

Safety and Responsibility
8.1 Participation at Own Risk
Participation in off-road activities involves risks. The participant declares that:
•they are physically and mentally fit to participate
•they understand the risks of the activities
8.2 Following Instructions
The participant is required to follow:
•instructors’ instructions
•safety rules
•full protective equipment requirements
Failure to follow rules may lead to exclusion from the activity without refund.

Equipment and Logistics
The Organizer provides:
•vehicles (motorcycle / ATV, depending on experience)
•protective equipment
•guides and instructors
•technical assistance
The participant is responsible for personal belongings.

Insurance and Accidents
The Organizer may include or recommend accident insurance (depending on the experience).
The Organizer is not responsible for:
•accidents caused by failure to follow instructions
•reckless participant behavior
•undeclared medical conditions

Media (Photo / Video)
Participants may appear in photo-video materials taken during the experience.
These may be used for promotional purposes unless the participant explicitly requests otherwise.

Accommodation and Included Services
Accommodations are selected for high comfort standards.
The standard is double occupancy, with a single option available at extra cost.
Facilities may include spa, jacuzzi, sauna, campfire, etc.

Force Majeure
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, legal restrictions, etc.).

By paying the deposit, the participant confirms that:
•they have read the Terms and Conditions
•they agree with them
•they assume responsibility for participation
